Desirable opportunity for an Estimator with strong experience tendering for Scaffolding & Access System scope of works in the Mining Energy & Resources sector. Immediate Start!

Due to the consistent release of key large scale scaffolding package opportunities across the Western Australian Mining Energy and Resources Sector, Pilbara Access is looking to complement its team with an experienced Scaffolding Estimator. In this role you will work closely with our Business Development Managers, Scaffolding Design Engineer and Branch Managers to quote and compile outgoing tender submissions.

To succeed in this role you will have require:

• Strong technical understanding of various specialised access and barrier solutions in particular for large scale construction projects or mining and industrial maintenance contracts.
• Experience in scaffolding provision for both onshore and offshore projects
• Strong competencies in applicable software, including Autocad, Excel and Word. Scaffold specific software is a strong advantage.
• An ability to identify efficiencies, initiatives and points of difference for our clients.
• An ability to engage with clients and internal stakeholders to forge productive relationships.
• Experience managing multiple deadlines
• An ability to interpret detailed scaffolding scopes of work, drawings and specifications.

You will also have demonstrated success securing large scale contracts with tenders that prove to be accurate and commercially sound in practice.
