Pilbara Access is currently seeking Experienced Scaffold Supervisors for current and upcoming work. Reporting to the Regional Branch Management team, you will play an integral role in overseeing the control and coordination of maintenance and shut down activities in a manner that ensures all Pilbara Access and client requirements are met.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Lead a team of scaffolders to deliver planned and corrective maintenance and construction scaffolding and access management on site
- Participate in planning and scheduling of works and labour requirements for Pilbara Access teams, ensuring appropriate allocation of resources to achieve planned outcomes
- Monitor progress against work schedule and budget
- Liaise with the client to ensure all the quality aspects of the task are met in line with statutory and legislative provisions, and their requirements
- Investigate all incident reports and address as necessary
- Monitor and record team members’ performance
- Insure all team members comply to Pilbara Access policy’s and address all hazards appropriately
- Liaise with Pilbara Access’ HSE management to implement, report and improve health and safety initiatives
- Proven Supervisory Scaffolding experience
- A Nationally Recognised Advanced Scaffolding ticket
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen (including random, on-site testing)
- Current Working at Heights
- Current Confined Spaces
- Whitecard
- Current MR Drivers Licence (minimum)
- BHP Gap Training
- BHP VOC
- RTIO Gap Training
- RTIO HSE Induction
- RTIO Lockholder 2.2
- S44 Appointed Persons
- Frontline Management
