To be considered for this role, you will show the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 2 – 5 years experience in a Site Administration role
- Exposure to the Construction industry highly preferred
- Working knowledge of FIFO industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of organisation chart
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Previous experience with Aconex, SAMS Kiosk, VAMS and/or ERMS
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat
- Must be flexible and versatile and able to work in high pressure environments
- Good knowledge and understanding of Document Control process
- Maintain a high level of confidential sensitive information
- Good understanding of industrial agreements
- Maintain hard copy filing system on site for all departments
- Creating personal files on site and ensuring the high level of confidentiality with integrity
- Requesting / Booking of Decmil and sub contractors R&R flights
- Coordination of accommodation and liaise with camp providers
- Submitting site visit requests for all sub contractor personal
- Ensuring Document Control process is adhered
- Assisting with the data entry of HSE requirements
- Following up on any daily pre start checklists for vehicle and plant
- Data entry of man hours and reporting in ERMS or other client driven requirements
- Liaise with supervisors and management if there are any roster discrepancies
- Controlling stationary orders and maintaining an appropriate amount of stock on site
- Update and maintain Training Records
- Assist Site Management with daily clerical works
