You will report to the EnviroSys Support Manager and be based at our Calgary office. Your role will be to provide service desk and other support services for our Environmental Data Management software product, EnviroSys. Tasks will include:

- Well developed written and verbal communication skills, to all levels of the organisation
The fine print of this gig:
You will report to the EnviroSys Support Manager and be based at our Calgary office. Your role will be to provide service desk and other support services for our Environmental Data Management software product, EnviroSys. Tasks will include:
- Support ticket triage
- Take service desk phone calls
- Perform Level 1, 2, and 3 incident resolution
- Perform Product Administration tasks
- Assist in management of support ticket queue including SLAs and priorities
