Key accountabilities include:
- Compute and analyse all data pertaining to the project
- Conduct studies relevant to the project
- Create sketches, charts and other visible aids required for projects
- Direct and assist in work on the job site
- Prepare plans and designs necessary for civil engineering projects
- Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance purposes
- Present neat documentation, correspondence and records as requested
- Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
- Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed
- Relevant formal qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
- Experience with Structural and architectural drawings – ideally within the precast environment
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Civil Draftsperson position
- Strong technical capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian design standards
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Project and Primavera 6
