Your primary function will be to maximise the effectiveness and profitability of the company through diligent application of proper contractual and commercial practices, delivering strategic and innovative advice, and careful management of risk. The successful applicant will oversee daily management, control, and supervision of the office while delivering operational and financial results.

Your primary function will be to maximise the effectiveness and profitability of the company through diligent application of proper contractual and commercial practices, delivering strategic and innovative advice, and careful management of risk. The successful applicant will oversee daily management, control, and supervision of the office while delivering operational and financial results.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain an accurate and full account of all daily operations ;
- Coordinate with all departments on a daily basis;
- Grid feasibility studies including utilising grid networks and securing grid capacities for projects;
- Experience with solar and other renewable energies, including wind farming and anaerobic digestion;
- Management of project cycles for pre-design, design and process stages;
- Co-ordinate and review tender submissions and client documentation;
- Advise management on contractual implications and action plans;
- Managing project plans and budgets including estimating material and labour costs;
- Monitoring of and compliance with legal and financial obligations;
- Use of appropriate software to deliver cost competitive estimates and project schedules;
- Develop and implement project safety plans;
- Arrange and conduct project meetings with management, client, sub-contractors and stakeholders;
- Additional duties as required;
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
- Knowledgeable and experience of networks and work practices in the renewable energy field;
- Knowledge and skills as well as experience regarding end to end project management;
- Technical and practical knowledge of all phases of contract development, award, administration and close-out relating to a multi-discipline construction project;
- Strategic worker with ability to handle multiple priorities and meet pressure deadlines;
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team to meet challenging targets;
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills with the ability to report to senior management and to negotiate with clients and stakeholders;
- Exceptional verbal and written skills;
