The role of Verification Officer is critical in providing quality support services to our clients.

Duties of this role include:

1. Reviewing application forms against pre-set criteria regarding qualifications, certificates, experience and position types;
2. Conducting a range of labour checks;
3. Communicating with clients;
4. Ensuring KPI's with respect to turnaround times and quality are met.

To successfully fulfil the needs of this role you are likely to be an experienced blue collar recruitment officer and have an excellent understanding of position types and qualifications required in the construction domain. We seek someone who not only has the industry knowledge but also someone with outstanding attention to detail. Exposure to ERMS would be an advantage.

It is also important that you understand your obligations with respect to Privacy and EEO legislation.
